Collection: FAQs

We  normally ship all orders through United States Postal Service or UPS.  We will notify you if we use a different shipping method.  You will receive an email with the tracking information when you order has shipped.

In stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days - shipping times may vary during holiday months (November and December).  Custom items may take longer to ship.  Orders placed on Friday and weekends will not ship until the following week.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
